Ingredients

Ingredients: A spectrum of B vitamins, including thiamine (B1) 1.4 mg, riboflavin (B2) 1.6 mg, niacin (B3) 18 mg, pantothenic acid (B5) 6 mg, vitamin B6 2 mg, folate (B9) 200 µg, vitamin B12 2.5 µg and biotin (B7) 50 µg. Additionally, it contains inositol 10 mg, P-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) 5 mg and choline bitartrate 10 mg, as well as fillers and capsule shell (maltodextrin, magnesium salts of fatty acids and gelatin with titanium dioxide).
